Michael Ward holds his B.S. in Real Estate & Appraisal from Florida State University. He is a skilled Realtor, as well as a talented golfer. He is our resident expert for the best source of information on local golf courses and golf course communities.
Katie Ward is not only an experienced Realtor, but is a talented graphic artist and website designer. Besides maintaining over 75 websites owned by The Ward Team, Katie volunteers her talents with The Pregnancy Care Center of Tampa. She created their website and develops marketing materials for the organization's fund raising efforts. Katie is a professional singer, donating time and talents to perform at local venues.
Prior to his real estate career, Jim Ward served in the USAF at MacDill AFB and is a Vietnam Veteran. He drag raced professionally for Chrysler Corporation, in conjunction with Don Carlton and The Mopar Missile. Jim has successfully sold medical equipment and services for years, prior to obtaining his real estate license. Jim devotes time volunteering with Metropolitan Ministries and The Pregnancy Care Center of Tampa.
Nancy Ward joined Jim in the real estate business in the mid 1990's. She is also a Registered Nurse, having worked for twenty years as an Operating Room Supervisor, S.E. Regional Manager for Hoffman-LaRoche Pharmaceuticals, Home IV Division. Nancy achieved The Presidents Award from Hoffman-LaRoche Pharmaceuticals for top production in the Home IV division. She has served as a Director for The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and was awarded the Beacon Award multiple years for top performance by The Women's Council of Realtors. Nancy devotes time to serving as a volunteer counselor for The Pregnancy Center of Tampa and serves on the Board of Directors for PCC.
